Zeph Bryant was raised in Stowe, attended Stowe High School class of 1988 and was in the first class to graduate from Mount Mansfield Winter Academy ('84-'88). He began working in construction with a local Stowe company at age 16. Zeph later moved to Crested Butte, Colorado where he graduated Western State College. While in college he launched a successful painting company which he ran for 9 years. Returning to Vermont he began working as a carpenter, and in 2006 joined Patterson and Smith Construction as a sub-contractor, later moving to full time employment as the company's estimator, and eventually project manager.
Real estate has always been a true passion of Zeph's; and as a result of his wide ranging experience and local knowledge, he has a unique ability to assist, advise, and counsel buyers and sellers through the process, and help them achieve their goals.
Zeph's interests include mountain biking, fat biking, skiing, waterskiing, wake foiling, kiteboarding and live music.
Collaborating with Zeph is a dream! Zeph actively listens to concepts, diligently researches, and then provides fabulous options and resources. I marvel at his problem solving skills and ability to adapt to new ideas. Zeph is highly organized, creates incredibly talented teams, delivers on schedule and has exceeded my expectations every time. Zeph is amazing and I would trust him with every project.
