Meet Cary

With over 30 years of hands-on real estate investing experience, I bring a seasoned, investor-minded perspective to every transaction. My real estate journey began at 24 with the purchase of a condo in the New York metro area—and has since grown into a diverse portfolio spanning more than 100 residential units, as well as retail and industrial properties across six states: Vermont, New Jersey, Michigan, Colorado, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Indiana.

Over the years, I’ve been involved in a wide range of ventures, including property flips, joint ventures, and long-term commercial holdings. Now, as a licensed Realtor® based in Vermont, I’m focused on guiding clients through the buying and selling process with clarity, confidence, and care. Whether helping a first-time buyer, a client searching for the ideal vacation retreat, or a seller preparing for their next chapter, I’m passionate about making the process approachable, informed, and empowering.

I hold a B.S. in Finance from Ithaca College and bring both strategic insight and practical expertise to every client relationship. When I’m not working in real estate, you’ll likely find me outdoors—hiking, skiing, or playing a round of frolf (frisbee golf).
