Crystal Stokes is a Vermont Real Estate Agent with a background in Property Management, client relations, and a strong eye for interior aesthetics and home presentation. Originally from Central Vermont, Crystal has a deep appreciation for the region’s communities, landscapes, and a unique lifestyle, giving her valuable local insight into the Vermont real estate market.

As the owner of CS Property Management LLC, Crystal has extensive experience managing luxury short-term rentals throughout the Central Vermont and Stowe area. Working closely with homeowners, investors, guests, and service professionals has given her an exceptional understanding of property value, investment opportunities, and the evolving Vermont real estate market.

Crystal brings a unique perspective to real estate by combining market insight, strategic property presentation, and a deep perspective of what makes a home truly stand out. Her background in staging and vacation rental management allows her to help clients recognize both the lifestyle and investment potential within a property.

Outside of real estate, Crystal is deeply connected to Vermont’s outdoor lifestyle and creative community. In the winter, she can often be found snowboarding in the mountains, hiking Vermont trails throughout the fall, and spending summers swimming in many of Vermont’s natural waterfalls. Crystal is also an award-winning artist and has been one of the many painters contributing artwork for The Alchemist Brewery.
