Meet Karen

Karen Whitcomb is an Administrative Professional and Realtor with Coldwell Banker Carlson Real Estate in Stowe. She launched her real estate career in Southwest Florida in 2017 and recently made the move back to her home state of Vermont to be closer to family — especially her new granddaughter.

With deep roots in customer service, Karen prides herself on being friendly, attentive, and relationship-driven. She loves working with people and is dedicated to making each client feel supported from start to finish.

Karen currently lives in Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom and enjoys backyard BBQs, bonfires, and spending time with her small but close-knit circle of family and friends. She also supports the American Legion, where she has volunteered at many community events.

Her dual role allows her to blend administrative strength with real estate experience, giving both clients and colleagues well-rounded support throughout the buying and selling process.
