SKIING IN STOWE, VERMONT UNDERWAY!

Early skiing and riding in Stowe, Vermont and the surrounding areas has started! Despite a warmer and dryer start to the ski season most resorts in the area have opened or will open in the next week. There is even some nordic skiing to be found! Early to mid-December is a great time to take advantage of reduced lift ticket and lodging rates and uncrowded trails. With investments and advancements in snowmaking, more trails are open early season and several nordic centers are operational without any natural snow.
