Topnotch Residences

We are excited to let you know that Topnotch Resort is launching 27 new RH-designed Residences.

Groundbreaking is planned for Spring 2026 with completion scheduled for Summer 2028. In addition to adding a beautiful new building housing the Residences, the resort will be extensively upgraded, including a renovation of the resort’s 68 hotel rooms, 2 restaurants, lobby, spa, and pools, as well as a thoughtful refresh of the resort’s branding.

The Residences will include one-to-four-bedroom units that will be fully furnished by RH, formerly Restoration Hardware,  which recently outfitted the Montage Residences in Big Sky and the Limelight Residences in Mammoth Lakes. The units will be in a new three-story state-of-the-art building attached to the resort with direct access off the lobby, and built atop a climate-controlled underground parking garage with owner storage. Many Residences will feature lock-off suites, private terraces, and dens, and all will enjoy amazing Vermont views. Owners will enjoy Topnotch’s robust amenities and the ability to rent their residence as part of the resort inventory with seamless management leveraging the Topnotch Resort management team.
